This package is for clients who need a full inspection done including visual inspection and thermal scan of the basement and all components of the property The client will walk through the property with the inspector asking any questions and the inspector will take all the needed notes and put together a comprehensive report. This technique uses infrared technology to analyze foundation walls, window frames and the entire building envelope to see water and air leaks. By doing this analyzing the property owner and buyer can see where energy is being lost and make improvements to the overall efficiency of the property.
