When we first contacted you the only option we thought we had was to take down the drywall and check if we had insulation. The rooms would have been ruined and it would have cost us a lot of money to fix it. When I contacted you you were informative and caring. When you arrived at my house you demonstrated what you were going to do and were very clear on the benifits and limitations of your machine. You quickly determined what was wrong in the rooms with no drilling or damage to the rooms. You were thorough in your checks. When we described what you had checked to the trades people they were all amazed at what you could see with your sensor. When there was questions on which areas needed fixing and which were colder your clear reports were easy to read and easy to pinpoint the trouble areas. I would recommend your company to anyone and have told a number of homeowners what thermal checks can tell them about their house. Thank you for your help. We highly recommend Accu-Star to anyone wanting to find air/water leaks or mold in their home. We tried both our insurance company and a traditional home inspector and still did not know for certain where water was entering our home. Nevo used his equipment to check out every room in our house to sense heat loss or water damage.
