Our services include Leak detection, Mold testing, IR scanning, Mapping and exploratory inspections some of the equipment that we use to do are inspections include Flir B60 and B400 Thermal imaging cameras, Borescope’s and Retor-tec blower doors. Using our unique equipment and test methods our inspections have been proven to find the source of problems such as water, foundation cracks, roof and air leaks we also do mapping of heated flooring in car washes and mechanic shops, attic’s and foundation inspections. whether it be residential, commercial, industrial or institutional.

Our primary focus is doing the best job possible and surpassing our client’s needs. Some of our clients include McDonald’s Corporation, The Ritz Carlton hotel, 911 restoration Corporation, Summerhill property management, National Mold services and Toronto Business Development centre we do all of the thermal imaging exclusively for each of these companies in the GTA and parts of the golden horse shoe of Ontario.

We were also the scouting company for Mike Holmes when he was getting ready to start the new television series holmes inspections. After all of our inspections we do a full debriefing followed by a complete full color comprehensive reports which includes all thermal and digital pictures and we do write the scope of work for the contractors. Our clients have used our reports in court as well as submitting to insurance companies for claims and helping contractors to bid correctly on jobs. We also help in providing qualified contractors to bid on jobs and with your permission we will allow them to review our findings by way of our reports and speaking to us directly.
