Leak Detection

This inspection is designed to find and pin point the source of different issues within a property it is important that the inspector has experience, skill, is certified and has the right equipment. Our Inspectors and technicians use thermal imaging, Boroscopes to find and pin point the location of where the issues are. Clients are asked to come along, ask question and see for themselves what is happening behind walls, ceilings and floors.

Clients who use this type of inspection have an ongoing problem for example water leaks, attic issues, heatloss and water/flood damage where they have called in different trades and they were unsuccessful in finding of the problems and due to frustration and not knowing what to do next have turned to us for help. We not only find the problem we help to get the correct trades involved. This type of inspection usually takes about an hour to an hour and a half to complete depending on the issues.
